A good filly, Rose O'War was responsible for inflicting defeat upon the brilliant Sunline for the first time, when she won the Angus Armanasco Stakes. She was been runner up to Grand Archway in the VRC Oaks (by a head), and must rank behind both these two fillies as the next best filly of her generation.
